The HL7 Asia Symposium is back with HL7 Taiwan organizing the event.
Scheduled from the 10 – 11 June 2016 at Taipei, Taiwan, the HL7 Asia Symposium aims to supports HL7 International’s mission in the development, promotion and implementation of HL7 standards and frameworks that are widely and easily used enabling interoperability in healthcare, also serving the specific needs of the Asia community and its national HL7 affiliates. The cost of the symposium is USD$150 (payable directly to HL7 Taiwan) if you register before 30 April 2016.
Members of HL7 Singapore interested in attending the event are invited to join The Singapore Delegation;
- The Singapore Delegation is open only to members of HL7 Singapore
- All associated expenses are to be borne by the attendees
(E.g. Airfare, Hotel accommodation, travel insurances etc.) - No fee payment is required for joining The Singapore Delegation

In addition to the 4th HL7 Asia Symposium, I would also like to share with you folks, the 2016 Joint Conference on Medical Informatics in Taiwan -Active Ageing with Smart Technology (JCMIT 2016), organised by Taipei Medical University, Academia Sinica and Taiwan Association for Medical Informatics, experts from Europe, America, Asia Pacific and Taiwan will gather to share their experiences and explore issues in medical informatics. This year’s theme is “Population ageing”.
Scheduled from the 11 – 12 June 2016 at Taipei, Taiwan, JCMIT 2016 is a joint-event taking place at the same location. If you notice, the date of both events overlaps, this means Day 2 of the 4th HL7 Asia Symposium is also Day 1 of JCMIT 2016 (as mentioned, its a joint-event! ).
