Just a friendly reminder, you are cordially invited to the HL7 Singapore Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 26 Sep 2012.
It will be held at SMU, Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Seminar Room 2.2. The agenda is as follows:
3:45 – 4:00pm : Registration
4:00 – 4:15 pm : Presentation by Chair – Colleen Brooks
4:15 – 5:15pm : AGM
- Chair’s Report – Ms Colleen Brooks
- Treasurer’s Report – Mr Callum Bir
- Proposal for amendment to the Constitution
- Election for HL7 5th Executive Committee (2012/13)
5:15 – 5:30pm : HL7 Singapore Recognition
5:30 – 6:00 pm : Tea Break (light refreshments) and networking
Please note:
This event is open to all Individual/Student/Corporate/Affiliate members of HL7 Singapore only. Members who have yet to renew their membership can register and pay the membership fees on the day of the AGM. Payment is by cash or cheque.
Others who qualify for membership may register for the event and sign up as members before the AGM on payment of the membership fee.
