That’s right, my next speaking slot (the 3rd this month) would be at a HP event – HP instant on Healthcare but before I share more on the event, allow me to update you folks about the Health IT Innovation 2012.
In short, the event was fantastic, the turnout was great and I had the opportunity to catchup with lots of friends from the region – from Taiwan to Thailand, Malaysia and even within Singapore.
in addition, I had the pleasure of making new friends and meeting like-minded people. The best part however, would be the fact that the ‘”bobbing head parrot” was not present at this conference… lol.
Now, let me get back to the HP event – HP instant on Healthcare, taking place on the 21 March 2012 (Wednesday) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The theme of the event is “Unleash the Value of Healthcare’ and I would be delivering the keynote where I will share how to design a sustainable architecture facilitating semantic interoperability for patient-centric care in a EMR / EHR as well as it’s extension (e.g. consumer informatics, TeleHealth etc).
One important point to note, the topic of my presentation is “Vendor Neutral Architecture to facilitate Patient-Centric Workflow”, this is not the same as a VNA Architecture, the latter is pertaining to medical imaging while the former applies to architecture & solution design (I had at least two person asking me so I thought I’d clarify).
Till my next update. Cheers~
