I’ve a couple of speaking slots for industry conferences in 2012 (the previous few earlier this year were academic related) and the first of the many would be the “Reducing Hospital Readmissions Asia Conference” scheduled from 5-6 March 2012 at Oasia Hotel Singapore.
The topic I’d be delivering is titled “Leveraging on E-Health to Reduce Readmissions” where I would share on reducing readmissions and improving discharge planning through utilisation of the longitudinal record available in the healthcare facility’s EMR systems (including sub-components, teleHealth and mHealth).
